Jazmine Quintana, MPH, MPAS, PA-C
Jazmine Quintana, MPH, MPAS, PA-C completed her Physician Assistant training at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She grew up in the Orlando-Kissimmee area and is excited to have the opportunity to give back to her community as a caring, positive, and engaging Provider. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and can easily connect with all kinds of cultures.
Jazmine completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL and worked as an assistant in the FSU Psychology Clinic throughout her time in undergrad. She continued her experience in mental health by becoming involved with research in neuroscience, social anxiety, and intrusive thoughts. After college, she completed her Master’s in Public Health at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences; her research included developing a Stepped Behavioral Health Care Model to deliver appropriate mental health services to patients in need. During this time, she worked at the University of Florida Mobile Outreach Clinic helping to develop partnerships with community liaisons and helping to deliver quality free medical care to underserved communities in Alachua County.
In her work, Jazmine focuses her practice on delivering patient-centered holistic care and individualized treatment plans. She has a passion for adolescent and adult mental health, particularly amongst the LGBTQ community. On her free time, she enjoys being a “foodie,” kayaking, and traveling.
