Director of Quality Control & Marketing
Silvana joined the OPA team in 2015 as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in which she excelled providing psychotherapy services to her beloved patients. Her current role as Director of Quality Control & Marketing of OPA grants her the opportunity to oversee the compliancy of all 5 offices and to secure efficiency of company policies and procedures. She ensures that each office is fully equipped to operate smoothly and to achieve OPA’s mission of dignified and quality mental health services for all patients. Additionally, Silvana is involved in external-relations on behalf of OPA for marketing purposes and enrichment of mental health treatment. She also assists internally by enhancing Staff relations and morale. Silvana has earned high recognition for implementing new tools for the Interviewing and Assessing of patients, improvement of Patient/Clinician therapeutic rapport, and improvement of office atmosphere and appearance with the ultimate goal of achieving best practices for OPA patients.
